Shashi: Every Thursday night at Unionville, they put on fantastic shows with various tribute bands. My husband and I go weekly, having a little picnic dinner before the show.
Thera: This summer I competed in my first international tournament for Taekwondo
I practiced a lot for the competition and came out winning the gold medal for pattern, I beat out four different people for it
I also won a contest with Sport Chek for writing a blurb about what motivates me to work out; I wrote about my taekwondo black belt and my students
