As October is Healthy Workplace Month, we asked our Connectors for their best practices and tips for maintaining a healthy mind and body. 

Ritu Dhupar:
For physical health, I try to do a workout each day, even if it’s only 10 minutes, or I like to go for a long walk outdoors. I also do one or two yoga classes a week. These activities also help my mental health, along with regular meditation.


Reilly Graham:
To keep a healthy lifestyle, I make sure to get outside and enjoy some fresh air every day with my dog Zeus. 


Shashi Ghai:
For me, it's important to unplug and relax in the evenings - whether it be watching a little TV, a virtual game night, phone calls, or meeting up with friends and family. This helps me relax and sleep better, allowing me to be my best the next day!


Jinto Mani:
My mental or physical health revolves around my four-year-old son, Dan. Walking with him to the park and then running around the park, reading bedtime stories, and hearing his stories at school keeps me physically fit, I love to be around him—just seeing him play or smile brightens my day. 


Emily Taraborrelli:
I take short breaks throughout the day to stretch and move, and go for evening walks. I try to keep things in perspective when feeling overwhelmed. And I spend some time with my cat, Miles, of course.

Naina Trivedi:
For my mental health, I make sure I stay away from my phone as much as I can. After work, I prefer reading a book or drawing. For my physical health, I try to play tennis as much as I can, or go on trails for a nice nature walk.
