At their second annual "Cover Me Urban" fundraising event, Youth Without Shelter wanted to recreate the feel of popular Toronto neighbourhoods within their event space, and encourage guest participation in the different activities throughout the evening.


Large format backdrop graphics, hanging typographic cutouts and coloured lighting was used to differentiate different neighborhood environments within the room, and a unique folded map/takeaway piece guided guest through the venue to activities within the different neighbourhood sections.


Over 365 guests beat-boxed, stomped, painted and savoured food and drink as Toronto's neighbourhoods came alive. Together, over $100,000 was raised to be invested in youth support programs.
