Develop a custom marketing program to generate leads in the hot Toronto condominium real estate investment market.

Solution

BTI strategized and developed a proprietary marketing platform that provides realtors' access to leading edge tools to help market new exclusive pre-construction sales. The marketing program allows members to send out emails about special sales events to their contact lists without divulging the list to our client, the broker. Through the agent portal members are able to track which of their contacts have registered for special sales events, view marketing materials and resend emails.

Result

In the most recent marketing campaign, over 125 active realtor members reached out to their contacts and were able to get over 400 qualified people registered for the sales event where over 125 condo units were sold in 2 hours!
