Create, manage and execute a national roadshow to showcase new product innovations, help create excitement around the new KitchenAid line-up, and empower retail sales associates with product knowledge through hands-on training.
BTI developed the overall theme and all communications including e-mail invitations, a robust registration website and on-site printed materials. For the 6 major cities, BTI managed logistics, venues, audio-visual and onsite event coordination providing retail sales associates with best-in-class training from the Whirlpool team.
The 2015 national event was the most attended training roadshow in Whirlpool Canada’s history and broke previous attendance records in all cities. As a result, sales associates across Canada are confidently selling Whirlpool, Maytag and KitchenAid appliances. Post event surveys indicated a 96% satisfaction rate amongst attendees.
