Challenge

Create excitement around the newly redesigned Maytag Kitchen appliance line-up, by educating and inspiring internal sales teams, appliance dealers, retail sales associates and customers alike.

Solution

As part of a complete 360º launch campaign, BTI developed the theme and supporting materials for Whirlpool Canada’s sales conference, created and managed a national training event for sales associates, and helped generate sales through in-store consumer promotions and POP material.

Result

The innovations roadshow, Whirlpool Canada’s largest training event to date, armed retail sales associates with valuable product knowledge to help them better sell Maytag appliances at store level, and since the launch of the new line, Maytag brand has experienced an upward trend in market share within the kitchen appliance category.
