Our mission was to provide a new ideation and branding strategy that effectively communicated the Teriyaki Experience brand values.
Using qualitative and quantitative research we reviewed the current brand messages and developed the positioning statement; 'Nutritious, delicious Japanese food, prepared fast and fresh before your eyes' along with 'See, Taste, Love' and 'T' icons that reiterate the brand values. We then focused on developing the complete brand standards guide followed up with creative materials that communicated the brand message.
We are now off to a great start with communication material and rollout of the store design that reflects the new brand standards. As a result, Teriyaki Experience has seen an increase in traffic, sales, brand awareness and customer loyalty.
